Multi-Instrumentalist composer and sound designer.

My name is Louis Van Camp. I am a composer, sound designer, and recording artist in Chicago, Illinois and a recent graduate from Northwestern University’s Masters in Sound Arts and Industry program.

I’ve designed sound for three full-length plays, scored over half a dozen short films (from drama to comedy to horror), and composed three albums of original music plus multiple singles and over a dozen themes for indie video games. I’ve also played and recorded with local Chicago artists on-stage and in-studio. I’ve worked on short films as the location recordist, music mixer, foley artist, sound designer and boom operator.
